This guide takes a society from zero to live in about 10 minutes.

Setup guide
Gate, Helpdesk, Billing, Amenities & Resident Feed for societies, RWAs and residential / commercial buildings
Open Community Suite → Communities & Plans (left panel → Property & Portfolio → Community Suite).
1. Click Add community
2. Enter the name (e.g. "Marigold Heights RWA"), type (Residential society / RWA / Gated community / Apartment building / Commercial building / Mixed-use / Township), city and pincode
3. Save — the community opens on the complimentary tier (1 tower + 1 flat with residents, all services)
Everything you add next (towers, units, residents, gate entries, tickets, invoices) is scoped to this community.
Already had towers or units before communities existed? They are auto-attached to your free community the first time you open the Plans tab.
Adding a 2nd community prompts for the Community Suite Annual plan (per community, per year). Organisations on DinaBina CMMS Annual get unlimited communities included.
