This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our DinaBina CMMS platform, including all 15 Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) modules, IoT monitoring, and property management features.

• Account Information: Name, email address, organization details, role within organization
• Asset Data: Asset information, maintenance records, work orders, inventory data entered by your organization
• Usage Data: Log data, device information, IP addresses, browser type
• Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through PayU payment gateway
• IoT Data: Sensor readings and telemetry data from connected devices (Water Guardian, environmental sensors)
• Enterprise Module Data: Document management files, financial records, procurement data, calibration records, safety permits, GIS coordinates, inspection photos
• Property Management Data: Tenant records, lease agreements, unit information, rent collection data
• DinaBina Services — Consumer Data: Service bookings, addresses, scheduling preferences, service ratings and reviews, payment transaction records including escrow data
• DinaBina Services — Partner Data: Professional profiles, skills certifications, background verification records, identity documents (Aadhaar, PAN, address proof), GPS location during active jobs, earnings and payout records, insurance coverage details
• Service Execution Data: Before/after service photographs, SOP completion records, materials usage logs, customer acceptance OTPs, digital warranty tokens
• Payment Escrow Data: Transaction hashes (SHA-512), PayU gateway records, escrow hold/release states, refund processing records, GST invoice data

Our 15 Enterprise Modules process the following data categories with strict tenant isolation:

• - EDMS: Engineering documents, SOPs, version history, approval chains
• - Finance & Cost: Asset depreciation, budgets, ROI calculations
• - Safety & LOTO: Safety permits, incident records, hazard assessments
• - AI Inspection: Inspection photos analyzed by AI (processed but not stored by third-party AI)
• - Energy & ESG: Carbon emission data, sustainability metrics
• - GIS & Spatial: GPS coordinates and geographic boundaries

All enterprise data is tenant-isolated and never shared across organizations.

• - Provide, maintain, and improve our CMMS and EAM services
• - Process transactions and send billing notifications
• - Send service-related notifications, predictive alerts, and email digests
• - Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
• - Generate analytics, BI reports, and KPI dashboards for your organization
• - Run AI-powered inspection analysis and predictive maintenance
• - Ensure platform security and prevent fraud
• - Comply with legal obligations under GDPR, DPDPA, and applicable regulations
