By accessing and using the DinaBina mydbfm CMMS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
DinaBina mydbfm is a cloud-based Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) that provides:
- • Asset lifecycle management
- • Work order management
- • Preventive maintenance scheduling
- • Inventory management
- • IoT sensor integration
- • Analytics and reporting
- • Multi-tenant organization support
- First Year Subscription: ₹51,000 (including GST)
- Annual Renewal: ₹1,00,000 (including GST)
- • Payments are processed securely through PayU payment gateway
- • Subscriptions are billed annually
- • Access is locked upon subscription expiry until renewal
Pricing is subject to change based on software, infrastructure, and hardware dynamics. Current pricing is valid for subscriptions initiated before the next revision.
You agree NOT to:
- • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
- • Share your login credentials with unauthorized users
- • Upload malicious code or content
- • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
- • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
DinaBina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding 12 months.
Data will be retained for a minimum of 2 years. After this period, data may be erased as per management policy. Please maintain personal backups of critical data.
